Hi. Glad you are here. If you have come to support me, thank you. If you have come to berate me, well ok lay it on. I am taking these extraordinary steps reluctantly. At first the agents of Doordash we're honest open and friendly. They freely admitted the error that has caused so many drivers to lose the opportunity of making thousands in extra income. 

In the past I have seen drivers complaining about pay and uploads to their balance and have found they were probably just temporarily not seeing the fund credited. I believe these were just misunderstandings.

This computer error that has effected so many is no misunderstanding. They could have fixed the error in a few hours and offered drivers a modest compensation. However, they have chosen the tactic of all cowards and liars of creating falsehoods they imagine are uncontestable. 

Top Dasher status has certain requirements. 100 deliveries in the previous month, above 95% completion rate and above 4.7 customer rating. These rating which are in effect on the last day of the month at midnight are the qualifiers for Top Dasher eligibility. 

They are claiming that Top Dasher status was denied because of a 4.67 customer rating. This is a very transparent lie. I have never had less than a 4.8  customer rating. This is to shift the blame away from their incompetence and defame the driver with a falsely low customer rating. 

Even after two emails agreeing that I should have Top Dasher status they have reneged. This lie is very easily disproved. I have repeatedly asked them to confirm the day and time of this rating, which they ignore.    They will surely have to clarify thier claim in court. 

I talked with a Supervisor named Alan. It was an honest and pleasant conversation. Since Doordash records all conversations this record would be their undoing. I have no doubt this record has been destroyed. Shame on you Alan for supporting your corporate masters like a lap dog. In the end, Doordash might be buying that Hayabusa.

I have screen shots of high customer ratings throughout July and one from August 2nd showing a customer rating of 4.86. The only way to change a customer rating is through customer feedback. I made no deliveries in August until the sixth. There could be no change in my customer rating if there were no deliveries. My customer rating would have been 4.86 on July 31st at midnight.

It is hopeless to think this can be resolved through the Doordash system. All of this upsets me so after Doordash being the best company I have ever worked for.
